ENGRASE CENTRALIZADO, SISTEMA PROGRESIVO, la base de este sistema de linea simple es el distribuidor de grasa o aceite, de múltiples salidas y controlado por pistones interiores. Distribuyen, con precisión, el lubricante de cada salida, venciendo la presión contraria de hasta 1.000 psi. El monitoreo visual se lleva acabo mediante un pasador indicador, que confirma que la válvula concluyó un ciclo completo.
Actualmente se dispone de distribuidores progresivos para aplicaciones de engrase o lubricación, de acero al carbono y acero inoxidable para ambientes corrosivos.
El conducto de entrada siempre está conectado a todas las cámaras de los pistones, habiendo solamente un pistón libre para desplazarse en cualquier momento.
• Con todos los pistones en el extremo derecho, el lubricante de entrada fluye hacia el extremo derecho del pistón.
• El flujo del lubricante desplaza el pistón A de derecha a izquierda, distribuyendo el lubricante a través de conductosde conexión hacia la salida 2. El flujo es entonces dirigido hacia el lado derecho del pistón.
• El pistón B se desplaza de derecha a izquierda, distribuyendo el lubricante a través de la salida 7. El flujo del lubricante se dirige hacia el lado derecho del pistón C .
• El pistón C se desplaza de derecha a izquierda, distribuyendo el lubricante a través de la salida 5. El flujo del lubricante se dirige hacia el lado derecho del pistón D.
• El pistón D se desplaza de derecha a izquierda, distribuyendo por la salida 3. El desplazamiento del pistón D dirige lubricante a través de un conducto de conexión del lado izquierdo del pistón A .
El flujo de lubricante hacia el lado izquierdo del pistón A inicia el segundo medio ciclo, que desplaza los pistones de izquierda a derecha, distribuyendo el lubricante a través de las salidas 1, 8, 6 y 4 de la válvula divisora.
Conexiones externas de un distribuidor progresivo:
Las salidas adyacentes pueden combinarse mediante la instalación de un tapón de cierre en una o más salidas.
El lubricante de una salida cerrada se vuelve a dirigir hacia la próxima salida adyacente, en orden numérico decreciente.
Las salidas 1 y 2 no deben taparse ya que no tienen conducto de conexión externa para la próxima salida adyacente. (dependiendo del fabricante puede cambiar esta numeración)
